How does the Ruggable system work?
Our patented system comes in two parts: a lightweight, machine-washable Rug Cover and a non-slip Rug Pad. Simply peel the cover off the pad to wash it in your home machine.
Are all Ruggable rugs machine-washable?
Yes, all our Rug Covers are designed to fit in standard home washing machines. For larger sizes like 8x10 or 9x12, we recommend using a high-capacity front-load washer.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are custom-made to ensure quality and typically ship within 5 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee per rug is deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling.
Can I use the Rug Cover without a Rug Pad?
We do not recommend using the Rug Cover alone. The Rug Pad provides the necessary grip to prevent slipping and provides the 'Cling Effect' technology that keeps the cover in place.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Afterpay and Affirm.
