Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ruggable products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any reason. Items must be in new, unwashed condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email. A small processing fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Rug

  Carefully roll your Rug Cover or Rug System and place it back into its original box or a similar protective shipping container, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location. You will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
